Everyone's Talking About Etta...

Today, September 26th is the official grand opening of Etta (Reimagined) located in Scottsdale Quarter! It's going to the newest most popular spot of a social dining experience, complete with upscale Italian food, vibey music with DJs and two full bars. I got to attend media night and preview their restaurant as well as sample their menu items! Keep reading to hear more about my experience...

It is technically a re-opening, but it's a brand new concept. New owners took over and closed down a few months ago for renovations. They changed almost everything but kept the name!! This concept makes you feel like you’re somewhere boujee & exotic. They put a twist on modern Italian cuisine. The vibes are EVERYTHING here, they had a DJ playing and the low lighting and exquisite decor really set the mood. They have private dining rooms available as well, NOW accepting reservations.

I tried: Lobster Tail, Wagyu Meatballs, Ricotta Pillows, Truffle Fries, Scallops, Oysters, Spicy Rigatoni… everything was so delicious, I felt like I was in heaven & that’s only a preview of what was on their menu! I also tried some of their desserts like Tiramisu, Lemon Meringue and some cocktails like a Spicy Margarita and a pineapple and mango rum drink.

If that's not enough to convince you to come check out this latest concept, I don't know what is! I'm definitely going back for another amazing night soon! I have a feeling it’s going to be very popular, so i am glad to be able to share it with you!
